Join TEAL
Deadline: May 15, 2025, 5 p.m.
Jury Notification: May 31, 2025
If you’re interested in jurying into TEAL, please use the form on this page to submit your application.
To support your application, please email six images — five JPG images of your work and one JPG image of your booth or sample display — to tealjury@gmail.com. Each JPG should be under 1MB in size.
Submit images representing the entire body of work you wish to sell at TEAL. It helps the jury to see an image of a grouping of your work or a ‘booth’ shot that shows your display.
Also attach a thumbnail sheet (pdf, word, pages) with retail pricing, size, media and descriptions.
We accept digital images only in JPG format; no Powerpoint, URL or other digital files. Please do not send slides or your original artwork in the mail.

Application Form
Standards of craftsmanship.
Work should demonstrate the artist's individuality, imagination and skill with the chosen medium. Objects made from kits, molds or commercial plans or patterns are not accepted.
Artwork must be created and manufactured by the artist.
Generally, TEAL chooses new artists whose work complements current members' work.
If an artist’s medium changes from the work originally juried, the new work must be juried before being offered in the gallery.
Membership requirements.
To be a member of TEAL, artists must be residents of the Willamette Valley in close enough proximity to our gallery to be able to work store shifts—an approximate 50-mile radius around Corvallis. Each member is required to serve on a committee, attend annual meetings and work in the gallery during the 2-month selling season.
Our goal is to keep a balance of media in the gallery and to have enough members to fill a niche in the group. Our member artists are required to:
Be accepted by our jury.
Work six to eight 8-hour gallery shifts during selling season (November and December).
Participate on one committee—showroom, promotions or operations—for four to five days during the year.
Pay a yearly deposit of $200 by July 1.
Serve on the Board of Directors once every five years.
Attend annual meetings and gallery receptions.
Membership benefits.
Gallery setting with low overhead cost.
Low commission on sales (averaging 15-20%).
Established, successful business with repeat customer base.
Camaraderie with other artists.
Yearly presence at the Corvallis Fall Festival.
Environment to learn and grow with other art and craft professionals.
